National Farmworker Awareness Week is a week of action for students and community members to raise awareness about farmworker issues on our campuses and in our communities. In 2015 we celebrate the 16th Annual National Farmworker Awareness Week to raise awareness about farmworker conditions and to honor their important contributions to us every day!

Food First Executive Director Eric Holt-Giménez is kicking off Food First’s 40th Anniversary Speaking Tour March 13th through April 2nd, 2015. Eric will be speaking at venues around New York City before continuing along the East Coast to New Haven, the Berkshires, Atlanta and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, before traveling all the way to Vancouver, Canada.
